Millwrights ensure equipment is properly installed and maintained to operate safely and reliably.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Installation and removal of industrial machinery and equipment
- Precision alignment of motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and rotating equipment
- Mechanical troubleshooting and breakdown repair
- Conveyor installation, repair, and tracking
- Bearing, pulley, shaft, coupling, and gearbox replacement
- Rigging, lifting, and positioning of heavy equipment
- Welding, fabrication, and structural repairs
- Equipment leveling and installation
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Reading mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and layouts
- Shutdown and turnaround maintenance
- Startup assistance and equipment commissioning
- Maintaining OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

Services Available

Our plant maintenance and millwright personnel provide on-site industrial maintenance, emergency breakdown service, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, mechanical repairs, welding and fabrication, conveyor maintenance, equipment alignment, rigging, and plant shutdown support.

We provide experienced personnel capable of working in quarries, asphalt plants, aggregate facilities, material-handling plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial environments.

Requirements: 

• Have a valid driver’s license
