TrueRock Logistics, LLC provides transportation and hauling services involving freighting, shipping and trucking our construction materials and other materials for both internal use and sales to third parties in connection with private and public construction projects. We own and operate a late model fleet of multi-axle dump trucks, truck tractors and trailers equipped to haul construction aggregates, sand, asphalt, liquid asphalt, Portland cement, fuels and broken concrete. The services provided by our subsidiary, TrueRock Logistics, LLC, are collectively referred to herein as the “Logistics Division.” We have a dedicated team of logistics professionals who utilize industry leading proprietary technology to plan, organize, dispatch, analyze and track the trucking/hauling operations for our entire organization.
