Mr. Boggs has served as our chairman of our board of directors and Chief Executive Officer since our corporate Reorganization in June 2023. He is a co-founder of our Company and has served in various senior executive positions since our inception in 1994.
Carl Andrews (“Drew”) Boggs III
Chief Operating Officer and Director
Mr. Boggs is our Chief Operating Officer and a member of our board of directors since the Reorganization in June 2023. He is a co-founder of our Company and has served in various senior executive positions since its inception in 1994. Mr. Boggs earned a B.A. in politics from Wake Forest University.
Kevin J. Hayes, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hayes has been our Chief Financial Officer since June 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Hayes served as a senior accounting executive for the Legacy Boggs Entities from 2014 to April 2020.
