TrueRock Insurance, LLC provides primarily enterprise coverage, deductible optimization, and warranty insurance coverage to the Company for which insurance may not be currently available or economically feasible in today’s insurance marketplace. We believe this structure also allows us the opportunity to source the most competitive coverage rates available. The services provided by our subsidiary, TrueRock Insurance, LLC, are collectively referred to herein as the “Insurance Division.”
