Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall success of project execution.
  • Responsible for estimating, budgeting, contract compliance, quality of work, project closeout.
  • Plan and manage aspects of projects.
  • Plan and prepare scope of services/fee proposals. 
  • Plan and monitor workload needs throughout the entire project development to fully meet project needs .
  • Proactively track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work efforts with the team as needed to provide on-schedule and on-budget project delivery.
  • Plan and perform complex or technical work requiring sound judgment and decision-making authority.
  • Establishes relationships and is the point of contact with the Owner.
  • Develops and strengthens relationships with material vendors and subcontractors related to the project.
  • Responsible for execution of the contract to meet the schedule and budget.


  • 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a background/MVR check as well as an urine drug screen/fitness test
